San Jose landlord ID'd as man fatally shot by police

San Jose police on Tuesday provided more information on a fatal shooting involving officers that occurred over the weekend. SJPD says the man, identified as Ted Lieu, 69, was a landlord at a property on the 3200 block of Lock Drive. An argument with his tenants prompted the initial 911 call, police said. SJPD says he was found by responding officers hiding in a shed, before he fired his weapon at officers.
